India Argues For Control on Antibiotics Use
India has argued for controlled antibiotics use in human health, animal and agriculture sectors in the World Health Organisation (WHO) meet. India pointed out that control is necessary as it is the key to combating anti-microbial resistance (AMR), which leads to disease-causing pathogens becoming immune to medicines.
