WHO Chief Blames Governments for Zika Outbreak
Holding the governments responsible for Zika epidemic along with the associated birth defects, Dr. Margaret Chan, said the resurgence of the threat is because of the abandoned programs to control mosquitoes and policy failure. While WHO is trying to help fight against these outbreaks, other countries too must strengthen their health programs.
