Like Pizza Boy, Cops Must Reach Before Response Time: Court
To earn the faith of public, the Delhi police should reach the crime scene earlier than the current 10-minute response time, just like a pizza boy delivering the stuff faster than the guaranteed half-an-hour, directed the Delhi High Court. The direction was given when the Court was hearing a PIL on improving safety of women in Delhi-NCR.
