Arctic Birds Face Shrinking Habitat as Climate Warms
The Arctic is warming more rapidly than anywhere else on Earth. This could contract the breeding habitat of millions of migratory birds that travel to the High Arctic. Models predict climatically suitable conditions for breeding could shrink by more than half for 80% of species.
