Man Who Spends His Pension to Fix Potholes
Gangadhara Tilak Katnam was an engineer with the Indian Railways and after his retirement in October 2008, he has been on a mission to fix the potholes on the road; that too with his pension. Known as the “doctor of roads”, Katnam says that potholes not only kills the human but also leave them with irreparable injuries.
