The Netherlands Could Soon Ban the Sale of Non-Electric Cars
In the Netherlands, gas-powered cars could soon be a thing of the past. The lower house of the Dutch parliament passed a motion recently that would ban the sales of non-electric cars in the country by 2025. The Netherlands ranks second in the world for market share of electric vehicles, behind Norway.
