Water Shipped to Latur Villages Is Re-sold by Local Vendors

Reading a Facebook post that water can be sent by train to drought-hit Latur, Rajamahendravaram Welfare Association, Rajamundhry, sends at least 3,000 litres of water every alternate day. Villagers come to the Latur station to get water directly from compartments. However, some local vendors take away the water and sell it at Rs.10 per litre.
