Where 795 million people in the world don't have enough food and the global population is rising fast, it could mean even less space to farm. In view of that, a Spanish firm is working to build farms directly in water bodies. These hydroponic farms could open up a lot of space for farming, and they are self-regulating, cost effective, and greener.
