Research Findings Can Be Unreliable and False: Lancet Editor
Scientific fraud exists in the most prestigious medical journals, and it's been going on for decades. Many of the industry-sponsored studies mislead the public by promoting new drugs and vaccines, and leaving out important contraindications. Worse, what ultimately gets published and promoted is what is ultimately believed by medical professionals.
