French Labor Unrest May Disrupt Euro Football Championships
With Euro 2016 Football Championship in less than two weeks, labor strikes in oil refineries and nuclear power plants, fuel shortages, and violent protests against the government’s proposed labor laws, are paralyzing France. Although the government is willing to modify some of the bills, workers’ unions are unwilling to back down.
