Kerala HC Bans Plastic and Rubber Waste Burning in Public
The High Court of Kerala has in a public interest litigation, filed by Kerala River Protection Council has issued a interim direction, banning the burning of the plastic and rubber waste in public places, taking into consideration the instances of growing air –pollution and health problems ,caused by burning of such waste.
