Researchers Accidentally Make Nanorods that Ooze Water

Researchers at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory accidentally created nanorods oozing water whenever the humidity in specimen holder was 50-80 percent. This material could have huge benefits like low-energy water harvesting and purification in arid regions, or in fabrics that pull sweat away from the body and release it as vapor, they say.
