A Transgender Can Marry Legally, Cannot Inherit, in Pakistan
Clerics in Pakistan have legalised marriage with a transgender person. A transgender person with “visible signs of being a male” can marry a woman or a transgender with “visible signs of being a female” and vice versa, but a transgender person with “visible signs of both genders” can not marry anyone. But transgenders cannot inherit any property.
